P.S.A
I picked this video because it show's that you need to be careful.
Parts that i can use in my P S A is, can change the part where he gets his eye brows burnt off into, always be careful wile driving a snowmobiles on the trails.
I picked this P S A because it shows all of the parts in this P S A are parts i can change and put in my P S A.
I can change and use almost all of the parts in this P S A.
I picked this video because there is good safety tips in it that i can use.
I picked this P S A because if you are whereing clothing that you cant see that well and you are riding at night someone might hit you because you are not whereing seeable clothing.
I picked this P S A video because you should always ask questions about how to ride and what trails to take so you don't lost or get hurt.

Three powers that the states and the federal government have to share are, Trade, commerse, and education
a. Issue a teaching license to someone who has applied and has met all the requirements.
The state is responsible for issuing a teaching license.

The federal Government is responsible for making treaty"s
c. Set health codes for restaurants
The federal Government is responsible for setting health codes for restaurants

5th through 8th Amendments
Witness: A witness is someone that sees, hears, or knows something about something.
Indict: Indict is to be charged with a crime; or charged with wrong doing.
Testify: Testify is to give or afford evidence of in any manner.
Grand jury: Is 12 to 23 people designated to investigate alleged violations of the law.
Due process: An establish course for judicial proceedings.
Capital punishment: The penalty of death for the commission of a crime.
Excessive: Excessive means going beyond what you usually do in normal day life.
Bail: To grant or to obtain liberty of someone that is under arrest.
Peer: A person who is equal to another in abilities qualifications, age, background, and social status.
I think that the person that is being accused of the crime is innocent until proven guilty. But if the person that is being of a crime is like a cereal killer then maybe he doesn't deserve those rights.

2nd & 4th Amendments
The right to bear arms: People should have the right to bear arms because if you needed to defend your self. But also it would bad to have the right to bear arms it would be easier for robbers to rob banks and stores.
Housing solders: I don't think it's for people to have to open up there doors to solders, because the people that live there might not have any room or the solders might take advantage of the people that own that house.
Search & Seizure: A situation that the police might need a warrant to search a house or a building, They might need to search for illegal drugs or an illegal fire arm.

the first Amendment laws
- Give a speech before a large gathering of people and express opinions about the president's abilities. The freedom of speech
- Post your opinion on your blog about an issue being discussed at a local school board meeting. The freedom of press
- Circulate a petition calling for the repeal of an unpopular laws. freedom of petition
- Write a letter for the editorial page of a newspaper in which you criticize a state legislator. freedom of speech
These laws are important to me because everybody has an opinion. And they need to express it in some way.
